Answers Aerospace Engineering LLC was established when founder Greg Mathias recognized the growing need to support legacy avionics and instrumentation in the aerospace industry. Feedback from airline customers, parts support companies, and others expressed growing frustration with the lack of OEM support, parts obsolescence, engineering support, high part prices, and long lead times. Responding to these industry needs, Answers Aerospace Engineering has the knowledge and experience to reverse-engineer complex obsolete technology and source modern alternatives for obsolete or limited-availability parts. We are one of the few repair stations willing to set up new units and capabilities that others wouldn’t even attempt.

Answers Aerospace has also reverse-engineered and produced obsolete circuit cards used in commercial DADC variants that are no longer available from the OEM. We analyze the parts list and source modern alternatives for obsolete/limited-availability parts. Units repaired at Answers Aerospace are final-tested and inspected using factory and in-house-engineered Automated Testing Equipment, ensuring highly reliable repairs.

Units repaired at Answers Aerospace, an esteemed aerospace engineering LLC, undergo final testing and inspection using factory- and in-house-engineered Automated Testing Equipment, ensuring highly reliable and accurate repairs. Our facility, known for providing exceptional aerospace maintenance solutions, features 1,000 square feet of climate-controlled, HEPA-filtered shop and engineering lab. Additionally, we house 2,500 square feet of office space, making us a leading provider of comprehensive aerospace solutions, including our collaboration with Phoenix Aerospace Inc.
