Answers Aerospace Engineering LLC was established when founder Greg Mathias recognized the growing need for aerospace engineering support, particularly for legacy avionics and instrumentation in the aerospace industry. Feedback from airline customers, parts support companies, and others revealed increasing frustration with the lack of OEM support, parts obsolescence, engineering support, high part prices, and long lead times. In response to these industry needs, Answers Aerospace Engineering has the expertise to reverse-engineer complex obsolete technology and source modern alternatives for parts that are obsolete or in limited availability. We are one of the few repair stations willing to establish new units and capabilities that others wouldn’t even attempt.
Answers Aerospace has also reverse-engineered and produced obsolete circuit cards used in commercial DADC variants that are no longer available from the OEM. We meticulously analyze the parts list and find modern alternatives for these obsolete and limited-availability parts. Units repaired at Answers Aerospace undergo final testing and inspection using factory and in-house-engineered Automated Testing Equipment, ensuring highly reliable repairs.
Answers Aerospace Engineering LLC provides a unique and comprehensive range of aerospace maintenance solutions. Our personnel boast over 40 years of experience with the current systems we support, and we have earned the reputation of being the 'Go-To Company!' We strive to deliver the highest-quality evaluation, repair, and overhaul services available in the aerospace engineering support sector. Our team actively pursues every avenue to enhance product reliability and ensure customer satisfaction.
